PM #26 – Classic Moonshine

Watch Mikael tie his version in the ever so popular yellowish fly. This has been a “secret weapon” in coloured water, but also works well on the sunny day with just a bit of tint of colour to the water. Don’t be afraid to leave the orange fly to this clearer appearance, it loves the humus coloured water. We fish it normally quite small from 4-8 cm. This rather complex pattern also includes a simple rubber leg technique. Mikael very often leaves out the rubber legs, in fact for him rubber legs seem to attract the sea trout more than the salmon. The Half turbo gives this excellent fly motion and a medium broad profile.
