Thursday - Bolstad

The tricky fishing continues! Today the water is drastically lower. From 230 m3/s to much better 130! We fished Osen and Kjielo, first with no action but couple fish showing on the magic super classic place. On the afternoon it was time for Langehölen. The take came far down on a big green samurai - nice! Great smooth take. A few have pulls and then… empty! To lose a salmon will never be a pleased feeling.. We saw another few fish and another pull, but nothing in the end… Now I have had four contacts, but have able to land zero… hmmm desperation.. I want a salmon! Tomorrow opening in Naeröydalselva… Heading over by car tonight to start the season!
